Thank you so much. To say it has made a big difference in my life is to put it mildly.

My primary goal was to learn how to relax, particularly at work. That goal was accomplished! More often that not now, when the stress is building, I stop, take a deep breath, and put into practice some of the techniques you taught. The CD you provided also continues to be very helpful.

As a bonus, to date I’ve lost 16 pounds without feeling the least bit deprived. It’s not a diet, rather a way of eating I believe I can continue for life. Again my thanks.
