The group will learn new ways to view how the body works and why cholesterol, blood sugar and blood
pressure go up. Then they will then learn how to reduce their own numbers without drugs, through a new
understanding of nutrition, diet and relaxation. Taught by Adam Liss of Cape Stress Reduction & Optimal Health and
Optimal Health. (His overall cholesterol dropped from 201 to 160 and LDL from 134 to 99 in just 5 weeks
on this program.)
